A presentation should include a process mapping example.
Along with a well defined description, a presentation should include a process mapping example that fits the business it is being presented to.
The mapping process, or work flow procedures required to aid the business become profitable need to be displayed in steps that correlate with steps performed by that business. When the charts and symbols can be shown to display each step in a given job, paying attention to functions and uses by each employee, the entire process mapping can be laid out as an example that will work in real time for each member of the business team.
If the business improvement needs are great, they may require reengineering or restyling in order to create the type of changes necessary to turn the business around and see improvements come about.
