Yesterday, I had a challenging experience working with some of the employees that I supervise.  The struggle that we have at work is one that I think is common among companies today.  Our employees have a serious lack of morale.  It is unfortunate because I don’t know how to motivate them when we have so much to get done.  But one thing that I have taken advantage of is our human resource department.  They have great ideas on how to instill a sense of urgency and ensure productivity while maintaining the fun.  It is so important that our employees enjoy their job.
