As a contractor or builder, you cant just build a house that you think is environmentally safe.  There are standards that need to be met, just like any other building code.  You need to take an LEED Exam before you can even practice this kind of building.  LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and environmental design.  Its a test that helps you know the reasons you build green, and how to do it.  I’ve had a lot of clients express interest in making their buildings follow these guidelines and to make sure that they are built that way, the LEED EXAM needs to be taken.
