There are a lot of guys that don’t like being as skinny as they are. They want to learn how to gain weight fast for men. The most common mistake that I see with these types of guys is that they train way too much for their body shape. They think that they have to train like a body builder. They don’t understand that a guy gains muscle when he lets his body rest, not when he is lifting. This is when the body repairs what you tear down during a workout. This is the real time that a guy will see results.
