Force and Stress Can be Triggers
A common law of physics states that the more force you exert, the more stress you cause. Stress, or anxiety is when the flight or fight syndrome is initiated by the amygdala gland in the brain. Overloads can occur causing these circuits in the brain to miss, or over fire. Controlling the mechanisms in the brain can be very tricky especially if they are not properly understood. Begin first by getting help analyzing what might be triggers for anxiety attacks. Food, allergies, emotions, pollutions and stressful situations can all be triggers for these attacks. Understanding the triggers, or stress factors can help control anxiety attacks.
