I love going to garage sales and fixing up things that are still good.  I recently found a parrot cage at one of the sales that was all rusty and needed a good cleaning up.  My friend has a parrot and only had a small cage for him so I thought he would like it once I painted it and fixed it up.  I asked how much they were asking for it and they told me $5.00.  I said I would take it and since it was pretty good size the man there helped me put it in my car.  Once I painted it I gave it to my friend and she loved it.
