I always thought of myself as a thin person with a lot of discipline, but began to seriously doubt both of those facts  when I turned forty.  To begin with, I gained fifteen pounds and could not get it off, no matter what I ate.  Within two years I lost and gained fifty pounds and probably ran a thousand miles on my treadmill.  However the programs required so much stamina, time, and effort that I would soon fall back on old habits.  One day a friend told me about Fat Loss 4 Idiots and I tried it.  I was amazed when I lost my extra weight almost effortlessly.  It has stayed off and I never miss a chance  to tell friends about the plan.
