Add Walking Socks, Sneakers, and a Stroll – Subtract Pounds
I love to cook for my family, who enjoy the delicious meals I make. The only problem is that I’ve gained weight over the years as I’ve enjoyed my own food. With my busy schedule and big family, it seems that there’s no time for gym memberships or even working out at home. My doctor suggested I try walking, so I bought my first athletic shoes and Walking Socks. The next day I added a daily stroll to my routine. That felt so good I picked up the pace and added a mile to the walk. By the time I had been exercising six months, I was walking three miles a day. I’ve never felt better and have dropped four dress sizes.
