FFL is the Federal Firearms License issued by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. Being a prospective legal Gun dealer you may not know how to obtain a Federal Firearms License. You get your FFL by submitting ATF form 7 to the BATF. There are many guidelines and regulations for applying. First be sure to meet all eligibility requirements. That means no major felonies with a year or longer sentence. Also you must be 21 years of age or longer. When you turn in the form complete it full and turn on copy to the police and two to the ATF.
