Four new Nintendo DSi apps were just released by Nintendo recently in the DsiWare app shop. The apps are targeted more towards the Japanese market so they might not be the best to download if you’re a Yank (unless you want to be JDM). Ugoku Memo-Chou a.k.a. Moving Memo Pad was also recently upgraded to version 2 and now includes the chance for users to rate videos, upload more videos and draw video comments says DSi blog.
