When I first heard the term SEO reseller plans I had absolutely no idea what it was referring to.  Some quick research revealed that the SEO stood for search engine optimization.  What this means is that when someone has a website there is a way that it can be designed and certain things that can be done to ensure that it shows up in the listings of major search engines such as google or yahoo.  They basically want to get optimum results from their website which is shown by attracting a high amount of web traffic.  SEO resellers are small web businesses which use the services of larger SEO companies to help their clients get the best results from their web pages.
